Richard Rathburn

Richard Rathburn, MBA, currently serves as the Inaugural Vice President of Alumni, Career, and Life Design at College Track since July 2023. Previous experience includes the role of Executive Program Director for Industry Partnerships, Student Employment, and Alumni Career Development at the University of Denver from January 2019 to July 2023, and Senior Associate Director of Industry Engagement at the University of California San Diego from June 2016 to November 2018. Richard began a career in higher education as Employer Outreach Specialist III at Ashford University from May 2014 to May 2016. Richard earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainable Enterprises from the University of San Diego between 2011 and 2013, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Washington State University from 2000 to 2004.
