Kavita Azad

Kavita Azad has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Kavita is currently serving as the Chief Human Resource Officer at CollegeDekho since August 2022. Prior to this, they co-founded Hokart in 2020. Kavita worked at eClerx as Vice President Human Resources from January 2018 to January 2020. Before that, they were the Associate Vice President Human Resources at LiquidHub from August 2016 to December 2017. Kavita also has experience working at British Telecom as the India HR Transformation Lead from September 2011 to August 2016. Kavita was the HR Relationship Lead at American Express from September 2008 to September 2011. Kavita's earlier experiences include serving as the Site HR Lead at Convergys from July 2006 to September 2008 and working as a Specialist HR at Bharti Teletech Limited from 2002 to 2006.

Kavita Azad completed their education in a chronological manner. Kavita first attended Delhi University from 1996 to 1999, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in Economics. Following their undergraduate studies, they then enrolled at the Army Institute of Management & Technology from 2000 to 2002. At this institution, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in HR and Marketing.
