Krati Jain

Krati Jain has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Krati is currently working as a Deputy Manager Human Resources at CollegeDekho, starting in November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at GoMechanic.in from November 2021 to November 2022, where they were responsible for end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. Before that, they worked as a Sourcing Specialist at Vertex Global Services from March 2021 to October 2021, where they handled recruitment and onboarding processes. Krati also gained experience as a Recruiter at Teleperformance from June 2019 to March 2021, focusing on end-to-end recruitment and expertise in campus drives and vendor drives. Additionally, they worked as an intern at ONN Bikes for two months in 2019. Krati's career started in 2016 as a Content Writer at ABSAS, where they worked until November 2018.

Krati Jain completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Accounting and Finance from iis University Jaipur. Krati attended the university from 2016 to 2019. In addition to their degree, Krati also obtained several certifications throughout their education. Krati became certified in the international financial reporting system through ACCA in January 2019. In November 2018, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from the Management and Strategy Institute. Additionally, Krati acquired an Advance Excel certification from The IIS University in October 2017, and an international business certification from the same institution in April 2017.
