Jason McNair-Faulk has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2002 as a Campus Recruiter and Operational Coordinator for Teach For America. In 2005, they moved to Fulton County Schools, where they worked as a Teacher/Coach. In 2008, they began working as a Road to College Coordinator for Uplift Education. From 2011 to 2016, they served as Director of Admissions, Adjunct Professor, and Assistant Director at UNT Dallas. In 2016, they became an Enrollment Consultant at Dallas College Eastfield Campus. From 2017 to 2021, they held the roles of Dean of Admissions and Adjunct Professor at Longwood University, and in 2021 they became the Executive Director of Undergraduate Enrollment at National Louis University. Most recently, in 2022, they took on the role of Community Success Manager at CollegeVine.
Jason McNair-Faulk obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Theirtory/Secondary Education from Morehouse College between 2000 and 2005. Jason then obtained a Social Science Level 5 Teaching Certificate from the Georgia Professional Standards Commission in September 2005. In 2006, Jason McNair-Faulk began their Master of Science (M.S.) in Instructional Technology/Design at Troy University, which they completed in 2008. In 2020, they began their Master of Business Administration - MBA in Business Administration and Management, Marketing at Longwood University, which they are currently pursuing. In September 2022, Jason McNair-Faulk will obtain a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER.
