Collegiate Academies
Matthew Davis M.A. currently serves as the Director of Academics at Collegiate Academies, focusing on instructional coaching, academic strategy, and teacher development. Prior experience includes roles as a Geometry Teacher and Chemistry Teacher at Propel Schools, where the emphasis was on supporting resident teachers and fostering an inquiry-based learning environment focused on diversity, equity, and high academic standards. Additional experiences include mentorship as a Community Schools Mentor, coaching in various capacities at Baldwin High School, and roles in education and counseling with Pittsburgh Public Schools and C.A.R.E.S. Matthew holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from Point Park University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Hampton University.
