Erin Koepplinger

Erin Koepplinger has extensive experience in customer service and operations, currently serving as a Doc Prep Specialist at Collegiate Peaks Bank since November 2016. Prior to this role, Erin spent over eight years at Charter Communications as a Store Associate II, where responsibilities included communication with staff and technicians, troubleshooting, cash handling, and training new hires. Erin's career began as a Lead Installer and Safety Director at Bresnan Communications, overseeing installations, quality control, and safety training for field and office operations. Erin holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management and Sociology from Ashford University and an Associate's degree in Equine Science from Laramie County Community College.
