Marissa Samuels

Marissa Samuels has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Marissa most recently worked at Collegium Pharmaceutical, Inc. where they served as the VP of Corporate Communications since March 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of VP and Chief of Staff from March 2019 to March 2022. Marissa also worked as the Senior Director of Sales Operations from April 2018 to March 2019 at the same organization.

Before joining Collegium Pharmaceutical, Inc., Marissa worked at Biogen starting in 2011. Marissa held multiple positions at Biogen, including Regional Sales Director in Neurology from December 2016 to April 2018, Associate Director of Field Operations from August 2014 to December 2016, and Associate Director of Incentive Compensation from February 2014 to August 2014. Marissa also served as a Senior Manager of Incentive Compensation from December 2012 to January 2014 and as a Manager of Business Intelligence & Operations from October 2011 to December 2012.

Prior to their time at Biogen, Marissa worked as a Consultant at ZS Associates from July 2006 to October 2011.

Marissa'searlier work experience includes a role at General Electric - Advanced Materials where they participated in the Commercial Leadership Program. During this time, they conducted a polysulfide competitive market assessment and co-led a Sales Force Efficiency Review.

Marissa's career began as an Engineering Intern at Foster-Miller in May 2004.

Marissa Samuels attended Cornell University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Materials Science & Engineering.
