Nicholas Rubino has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Nicholas began their career at Charles River Laboratories, where they worked as an Investor Relations Analyst, Sales Analyst, and eventually as a Senior Sales Analyst. During their time there, they played a crucial role in aligning sales compensation with corporate strategy and developing global sales strategies.

Rubino then joined Biogen, where they held various positions such as Senior Analyst and Manager in Incentive Compensation and later transitioned to become a Territory Business Manager in Neurology. In these roles, they showcased their expertise in analyzing performance data and providing actionable insights to drive growth.

Currently, Rubino serves as the Senior Director of Commercial Training, Development, and Effectiveness at Collegium Pharmaceutical, Inc. Nicholas leads a team responsible for product training, leadership development, and functional skill building. In addition, they collaborate with Sales and Marketing leaders to enhance commercial effectiveness through improved materials/programs, communication, and execution.
