Nick Zweig

Nick Zweig has over 25 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Nick is currently the Director of HR Talent Acquisition at Collegium Pharmaceutical, Inc. In their previous role as the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition at Beta Bionics, they built the talent acquisition strategy and process for the company. Nick also held the position of Manager of Talent Acquisition at Fresenius Medical Care, where they focused on global manufacturing, quality, and supply chain. Before entering the field of talent acquisition, Nick worked as a Scientific Recruiter at StratAcuity. Prior to that, they worked as a Child Protection Social Worker for the State of New Hampshire, advocating for children's welfare and testifying in family court cases. Nick also has experience as a Preschool Teacher at Live & Learn Early Learning Center and as a Counselor at YMCA Camp Coniston.

Nick Zweig graduated from Pembroke Academy in 1997 with a High School Diploma. Following that, they attended the University of New Hampshire from 1997 to 2002, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Family Studies. In terms of additional certifications, Nick obtained the Professional Recruiter Certification 2.0 from AIRS in November 2013. In January 2015, they obtained the Certified Professional (CP) certification from SHRM. Later that year, they also earned the Professional Recruiter Certification 3.0 from AIRS in November. Most recently, in May 2017, Nick completed the Korn Ferry Assessment of Leadership Potential (KFALP) from Korn Ferry.
