Danielle Greene

Danielle Greene currently serves as the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition and HR Strategy at Outlook Therapeutics, Inc., leading global talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational needs. Previously, as the Global Launch Talent Leader and Strategic TA Advisor at Sobi - North America, Danielle successfully established a talent acquisition engine that achieved a 69% fill rate for over 400 positions across 24 countries. Danielle's experience at Sobi also includes roles such as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, where strategic improvements were made, and Talent Acquisition Manager, focusing on implementing SmartRecruiters. Prior to Sobi, Danielle spent over a decade at BASEC at Chenery as the Director of Student Programming, overseeing operations and managing substantial teams. Danielle holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Lesley University and a BA in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Quinnipiac University.
