Prasad Kantamneni has had a diverse range of work experience in the fields of technology, research, and consulting. Prasad started their career at the Human Computer Interaction Laboratory as a Research Assistant, where they developed a patented system for understanding user needs. Prasad then worked as a Research Scientist at Honeywell Laboratories, applying Human Centered design techniques to improve products and user interfaces.
In 2002, Prasad became a Consultant, working with non-profits to enhance their outreach efforts through the internet. Prasad'swork was recognized with a UN award.
