Bipul C Naithani

Bipul C Naithani has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Bipul C is currently the Chief Executive Officer and Co-founder of Collekto, a position they have held since May 2018. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Business Officer & Co-founder at Icredizen Financial Technologies Pvt Ltd from December 2017 to April 2018.

Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Naithani held various roles at Kotak Mahindra Bank. From July 2012 to June 2017, they served as the SVP & National Sales Head - Business Loans. Prior to that, they were the Senior Vice President and Retail Recovery Head from September 2000 to June 2012.

Naithani also gained extensive experience at ICICI Bank LTD, where they worked as the National Collxn Head from March 1999 to August 2000. Bipul C'scareer began at Apple Industries Ltd, where they joined as a Credit Control Officer in September 1993. During their time at Apple Industries, they played a pivotal role in pioneering credit collections. Bipul C successfully set up a debt collection department, managed the secured portfolio, created MIS reports, set up a legal department, and achieved a high recovery rate for the two-wheeler written-off portfolio.

Bipul C Naithani completed their Master of Arts (MA) in Sociology from Mumbai University from 1990 to 1992. Additionally, they pursued a Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from K C College of Management Studies from 1990 to 1991.
