Brandon Stucki

Brandon Stucki is a seasoned compensation professional with extensive experience in global compensation strategies across various companies. Currently serving as the Director of Global Compensation at Collibra since June 2021, Brandon has held progressive roles, including Senior Manager and Global Compensation Manager. Prior to Collibra, Brandon worked at Ivanti, where responsibilities included developing compensation strategies and managing bonus and merit processes across 20+ countries. At Clearlink, Brandon managed HRIS and compensation programs while also serving as an HR Generalist. Earlier experience includes roles at US Synthetic and Convergys, focusing on compensation strategy, benefits management, and customer service. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Science from Utah Valley University.
