Wally Crump

Wally Crump is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical support management and team leadership. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Premium Support at Collibra since December 2021, Crump plays a significant role in transforming how organizations utilize data. Previously, Crump held prominent positions at 2U as Technical Support Manager, overseeing a remote team and leading strategic initiatives in EdTech, and at Apple as AppleCare Manager, where guidance was provided to new advisors and customers in need of technical assistance.
