Keith Aversa

Keith Aversa has extensive experience as a Human Resources Director. Keith currently holds the role of Human Resources Director at the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller since 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Human Resources Director at the New Jersey Courts from 2011 to 2021, where they were responsible for various HR activities including classification, leave administration, and recruitment. Keith also managed a team of 18 staff and provided guidance to 15 trial court HR offices. Before that, Keith worked as the Human Resources Director at Resorts International Holdings, LLC from 2002 to 2011. In this role, they oversaw benefits administration, compensation management, employee communication, recruitment, and HR information systems. Keith also collaborated with the New Jersey Casino Control Commission on employee licensing and reporting.

Keith Aversa holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management with a concentration in Human Resources from Rowan University.
