The Office of the Collier County Clerk of the Circuit Court & Comptroller provides a wide range of first-class services to the citizens & taxpayers of beautiful Collier County, Florida.  The county, including the communities of Naples, Immokalee, Marco Island, Everglades City and Ave Maria, is rich in tradition and history, and is the gateway to the Everglades. 

More than 1,000 different constitutional & statutory functions are performed in the Office of the Collier County Clerk & Comptroller.  Those functions include the following: 

Services as Clerk to the Courts:
•	File indictments & verdicts
•	Process civil & criminal cases
•	Jury management
•	Collect & disburse fines & fees
•	Conduct foreclosure sales
•	Maintain custody of evidence
•	Operate the Self-Help Center
•	Receive & process domestic violence Protection Injunctions 

Recorder of Official Land Records:
•	Record deeds, mortgages & other land records
•	Conduct tax deed sales
•	Operate the Risk Alert Notification Program 

Services as Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners:
•	Produce & record official meeting minutes
•	Maintain custody of resolutions & ordinances
•	Process appeals for the Value Adjustment Board

Custodian of County Funds:
•	Handle investments
•	Provide financial reporting
•	Process accounts payable
•	Process county payroll

County Auditor:
•	Pre-audit expenditures before payment
•	Conduct internal post-audits 

Other Duties:
•	Issue & record marriage license applications
•	Process passport applications
