Ian Falk

Ian Falk currently serves as a Guest Teacher at Collier County Public Schools and an Adjunct Professor at Florida SouthWestern State College. Previously, Ian held the position of Senior Army JROTC Instructor and Area Coordinator at Golden Gate High School and served in similar instructive roles at Lathrop High School. Ian’s extensive military career includes roles such as Vice Chief of Staff for the California Army National Guard, where responsibilities encompassed operational, training, and logistical functions for 15,000 members. Ian also served as Director of Personnel and Director of Plans Operations and Training, focusing on personnel readiness and strategic planning. Additionally, Ian commanded the 223rd Regiment at the Regional Training Institute and held key positions within the National Guard Bureau, advising on contingency operations and policy development.
