Heather Rich

Heather Rich is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in benefits administration and office management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Collier Engineering Company, Inc. since July 2016, Heather maintains high visibility within the organization, addressing employee inquiries and managing group health insurance plans. Prior to this role, Heather held various positions at Ascend Management Innovations from October 2007 to June 2016, progressing from Executive Assistant to Benefits Administrator/Senior Accounting Specialist, responsible for educating employees on health insurance options and managing annual renewals. Heather Rich holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Middle Tennessee State University.
