Andrea Mueller

Andrea Mueller, P.E. is a seasoned civil engineer with extensive experience in roadway and utility project design and modeling. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Specialist at Colliers Engineering & Design since October 2025, Andrea previously worked at HDR as a Senior Civil BIM Specialist/Civil Engineer from December 2017 to October 2025. Prior to that role, Andrea was a Design Engineer at McMahon Associates, where responsibilities included designing various municipal and commercial site projects. Experience also includes a position as a Transportation Engineer at Mead & Hunt, focusing on WisDOT roadway improvement projects, and as a Project Engineer at Clark Dietz, primarily on roadway design for local municipalities. Early career began with an internship at OMNNI Associates in transportation and materials. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and an Associate's Degree from the University of Wisconsin - Fox Cities.
