Darin Laney

Darin Laney is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technical support and customer service roles. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Specialist at Landstar since October 2018, Darin provides support to 1,600 end users across 20 departments and has received a nomination for Employee of the Month. Previous positions include IT Specialist at Freudenberg IT LP/Kraton Corp., where responsibilities encompassed Tier II support for a global corporation, and roles at DXC Technology and Strategic Data Systems, focusing on high-end technical support and troubleshooting for military and corporate environments. Darin's career began in the US Navy, achieving the rank of Senior Chief Petty Officer, leading information technology projects and training programs. Darin holds multiple certifications in Information Technology and an Associate's degree from Coastline College.
