Daniel Farnan

Daniel Farnan, P.E., CPESC, CPSWQ, serves as Principal Associate and Department Manager at Colliers Engineering & Design since January 2025, having previously held roles as Senior Associate and Senior Project Manager from February 2015 to January 2024. With extensive experience in civil engineering, Daniel specializes in the design, permitting, and construction administration of highway and bridge projects, as well as related infrastructure such as stormwater management systems. Prior positions include Project Manager and Senior Engineer at Maser Consulting and Project Engineer at Foit-Albert Associates, where responsibilities encompassed stormwater management design and transportation projects. Daniel holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Ohio University and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology, complemented by an Associate degree from Hudson Valley Community College.
