Joseph Mandell

Joseph Mandell, LS, is an experienced Senior Project Surveyor currently at Colliers Engineering & Design since January 2022. Prior to this role, Joseph served as a Project Surveyor at Foit-Albert Associates from April 2021 to January 2022, and held the position of Survey Party Chief at WENDEL Companies from March 2018 to April 2021, as well as at GPI / Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. from March 2014 to February 2017. Joseph began their career as a Survey Technician at Fisher Associates PE, LS, LA, DPC, from June 2006 to August 2014. Joseph holds an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Civil Engineering Technology/Technician from Erie Community College.
