Michael Carroll

Michael Carroll has extensive experience in project and program management within the engineering and construction sectors. Currently serving as Project Director at Colliers Engineering & Design since February 2023, Michael previously held multiple senior roles at Hill International, Inc. from January 2014 to November 2022, including Vice President and Program Director. Earlier positions include Senior Project Manager at Collaborative Partners, Chief Estimator at Integrated Builders, and various project management and estimating roles at Linbeck, Macomber Builders, Peabody Construction Company, The Middlesex Corporation, and P. A. Landers, Inc. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts - Preengineering from Stonehill College.
