Brian Lensink

Brian has more than 25 years of industry experience, 11 of which have been with Pepper. He is responsible for fostering client relationships and leading complex projects to successful completion by overseeing the project team and ensuring efficiency, innovation, and value. Brian is Pepper Ohio's industrial expert having completed more than five million square feet of industrial construction. His specialty lies in the industrial and commercial market, where he has completed several large-scale projects including the Whirlpool North American Region Ad Center. The fact that Brian began his career in the field as a superintendent allows him to bring a "big picture" perspective to his role in operations and further extends the insights that he is able to offer to clients, design, and trade partners. Brian attended Milwaukee School of Engineering where he received his Bachelor of Science in Architectural and Structural Engineering.
