Vikas Thapa

Vikas Thapa is a security professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles, currently serving as the Manager Security, Fire, and Customer Relation Associate at Colliers International since January 2024. Prior to this position, Vikas worked as a Security Consultant and served as Security Manager/Coordinator at G4S from September 2019 to December 2023. Vikas also has maritime security experience as a Maritime Security Team Leader in the Merchant Navy from November 2014 to September 2019, focusing on anti-piracy, risk assessment, and transit planning. Vikas began a career in the Indian Army, serving as a Warrant Officer from October 1989 to October 2013, specializing as a technical expert across various branches. Vikas holds a Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Indira Gandhi National Open University, completed in June 2013.
