Agata Błaszkiewicz

Agata Błaszkiewicz is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Influencer and Think Tank Member at HR Influencers since November 2018. With extensive expertise developed over a long tenure as HR Director at Colliers International in Poland since June 2007, Agata is responsible for planning and executing HR strategies, managing recruitment processes, fostering employee development through training programs, and enhancing workplace morale. Previous roles include HR Manager at Quinlan Private Golub (Poland) from August 2005 to May 2007 and Administrative Assistant at Sodexho Polska Sp. z o.o. from October 2004 to April 2005. Agata completed a mentoring program at Fundacja Liderek Biznesu from 2016 to 2017 and holds a Master's degree in Management & Marketing, specializing in Human Resources Management and Negotiations, from SGH Warsaw School of Economics (1999 - 2004).
