Andy Hodgson is a Senior Vice President for Colliers’ Northern California Central Valley Investment Team. Specializing in the disposition and acquisition of multifamily and retail investment properties, Andy has been directly involved in over 500 transactions, totaling over 3,500 units and exceeding $1 billion in transactional value. Prior to joining Colliers in 2015, Andy served as an Assistant Program Manager for the California Green Builder Program at ConSol in 2006. Andy graduated from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 2006.
