Carlos Palada

Carlos Palada is an accomplished professional in the water and environmental engineering sector, currently serving as the Director of Water & Environment at Colliers since November 2023. Prior to this role, Carlos acted as the National Stormwater Technical Lead and Senior Civil & Environmental Engineer at Northrop Consulting Engineers from November 2022 to November 2023. Notable previous positions include Senior Engineer - Infrastructure at Arup, Senior Engineer - Stormwater at Arcadis, and various roles at Northrop Consulting Engineers and Storm Consulting (Australia) where extensive experience was gained in civil and environmental engineering. Carlos began the career as a Research Assistant at the Urban Water Research Security Alliance before obtaining a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Griffith University between 2007 and 2010.
