Charlie Allen

Charlie Allen, LEED AP, currently serves as Executive Vice President at Colliers since June 2023, focusing on corporate real estate facility strategies across consulting services and growth planning on a national and international scale. Prior to this role, Charlie was Principal & Managing Director at Avison Young Commercial Real Estate from July 2014 to June 2023, managing the East Bay office while assisting companies with their real estate strategies. Charlie also held a long tenure at Cushman & Wakefield from March 1993 to July 2014, specializing in office space needs through strategic planning and lease negotiations. Educationally, Charlie holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder and another BA in Political Science, with a focus on Urban Planning, from San Francisco State University.
