David Amsterdam

David Amsterdam is the current President of Investments and Eastern Region, as well as Co-Head of US Capital Markets, at Colliers International. Prior to this, they were a Partner at Perave Capital, where they were responsible for Real Estate Investment & Advisory. Before that, they were Vice President at SL Green Realty Corp., where they were responsible for structuring and negotiating lease transactions for a portfolio of 10 million square feet of trophy Class A assets and routinely completed nearly 100 transactions per year. David has also worked as Associate Director of Global Brokerage at Cushman & Wakefield.

David Amsterdam's educational career began at Syracuse University.
