Elena Bakina

Elena Bakina, PhD, CCIM, is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in tenant and landlord representation as well as buyer and seller representation in various sectors, including office, medical office, life science, and retail. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at Colliers since August 2014, Elena has also held the roles of Senior Vice President and Vice President, focusing on investment sales and consulting services. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Healthcare Real Estate Advisor at Coldwell Banker Commercial Healthcare Real Estate Services, covering the Greater Houston area, and working as an agent at Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors. Earlier in their career, Elena contributed as a Research Scientist at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center and holds a PhD in Cancer Research from the Academy of Medical Sciences.
