Erin Torney is a seasoned professional in the real estate sector, currently serving as Vice President of Investment Sales at Colliers International since October 2014. In this role, Erin focuses on guiding private and professional capital investors through the acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties, providing expertise in valuing holdings to enhance sale outcomes. Previously, Erin worked as a Real Estate Attorney at The Gilroy Law Firm, addressing various real estate issues, including eminent domain and property transactions. Erin began career experience as a Leasing Consultant at Woodsmill Village Apartments. Erin holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Saint Louis University School of Law, an MBA from Saint Louis University School of Business, and a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Missouri Trulaske College of Business.
