Nate Monson

Nate Monson is a seasoned professional in investment sales and management, currently serving as Co-Founder at Alpine Management and Executive Vice President at Colliers since 2022. With a substantial background at Mountain West Commercial Real Estate, Nate achieved over $150 million in sold investments in 2021, marking significant transactions across multiple states. Prior to this, Nate excelled at Cigna as a Client Manager, where notable accomplishments included leading membership sales in the Mountain States Region and being the top rookie nationwide in 2017. Additional experience includes roles at Qualtrics and Protection 1 Security Solutions, where Nate demonstrated exceptional sales performance.
