Having served as the National Retail Director and National Retail Consultant at Colliers International Real Estate Management Ltd since 1979, Evan has specialized in retail developments, audits of existing center performance, and the establishment of new centers across the nation. In 2023, Evan transitioned to a semi-retirement role as a part-time Retail Consultant. Evan holds a Diploma in Urban Valuation (Honours) from The University of Auckland, completed between 1970 and 1975.
