James L. is the Vice President of Operations and Finance for U.S. Capital Markets at Colliers, having previously served as Director of Finance for the Northeast Region. They started their career at Cushman & Wakefield as Director of Brokerage Services from 2006 to 2017, and then transitioned to Colliers International as Senior Finance and Operations Manager for the Tri-State Region from 2017 to 2021. James is currently pursuing a BBA in Finance at Baruch College and an AAS in Liberal Arts at New York University.
