Jessica Heath

Jessica Heath is an experienced property management professional with a background spanning over 15 years. Currently serving as an Assistant Property Manager at Colliers since August 2023 and as a Senior Assistant Property Manager at LOGIC Commercial Real Estate since August 2022, Jessica has a proven track record in managing residential and commercial properties. Previously, Jessica held positions at Mark IV Capital, Terra West Management Services, and RMI Management, LLC, where responsibilities included managing homeowner associations, overseeing community management, and handling advertising and maintenance for over 1,200 rental properties. Jessica holds a Property Manager Certification from Key Realty and has completed additional training in community management and real estate sales.
