John Mullen

John "Sean" Mullen, MAI, is the Valuation Services Director at Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services, a position they have held since 2019. Mullen has extensive experience in commercial real estate appraisal, having worked as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser and Consultant for Crenshaw-Williams Appraisal Company from 2006 to 2011, and later at Integra Realty Resources in various roles, including Director. Prior to joining Colliers International, Mullen served as Senior Vice President of Valuation and Advisory Services at JLL from 2017 to 2019. They earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from The University of Georgia, where they studied from 1998 to 2003.
