Lidia Butowska

Lidia Butowska serves as the EMEA Operations Lead and Associate Director at Colliers since December 2022, following a tenure at JLL where roles included EMEA Lease Administration Manager and Project Management Office Operations Manager from November 2015 to November 2022. With extensive experience in project management, team leadership, and operational excellence, Lidia has successfully developed structures, procedures, and teams to enhance service delivery across EMEA. Previous roles encompassed responsibilities in document control, financial management, and client relationship oversight, with a focus on continuous improvement and best practices. Lidia holds a Master’s degree in Spatial and Real Estate Management from Uniwersytet Warmińsko-Mazurski w Olsztynie, completed in 2010.
