Matt van Keulen

Matt van Keulen, MBA, is a seasoned professional in commercial real estate with over a decade of experience. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Colliers since January 2012, Matt specializes in tenant and landlord representation, property acquisitions and dispositions, market and site analysis, and lease renewal negotiations. Prior experience includes a role as Associate at Cassidy Turley and Assistant Manager at van Keulen & van Keulen, Attorney's At Law. Matt also gained experience during a summer internship in ticket operations with the Golden State Warriors. Educational credentials include an MBA from Saint Mary's College of California and a BGS in American Studies with a Law and Legal Institutions concentration and a Business Minor from The University of Kansas. Matt holds a real estate license (#01899003).
