Paul Higgins is the Industrial Director at Colliers International New Zealand, where they specialize in the mid-to-upper end Auckland Industrial sale and leasing market. Since joining Colliers in 2005, Paul has gained extensive experience in the Auckland Industrial market, collaborating with notable companies such as Rank Group, GM, Ceva Logistics, Lion Nathan, DNZ, CHH, and PFI. Over the past two years, they have been involved in over $150 million worth of industrial property sales. Additionally, Paul has experience from their time with Colliers International in Poland.
