Susan Thompson

Susan Thompson is an experienced research and business development professional with a strong background in the real estate sector. Starting as a Research Manager at RealNet Canada Inc. from September 1999 to February 2007, Susan hired and trained staff while producing content for transaction records in the Calgary market. Following this, Susan served as Business Development Manager at Calgary Economic Development from March 2011 to March 2015, where responsibilities included resolving client inquiries and conducting economic analysis projects. In subsequent roles at Avison Young and Colliers, Susan authored numerous research reports and managed research teams across key Western Canadian markets, ultimately advancing research initiatives and strategic partnerships. Susan holds a degree from the University of Alberta, earned between 1994 and 1998.
