Director of Human Resources at Collinear Group

Christine Hass is the Director of Human Resources at Collinear Group. Prior to their current position, they served as the Business Manager at Melissa Arnot LLC from December 2007 to December 2016. In this role, they provided daily business management for a small organization, including accounting, bookkeeping, taxes planning and organization, project management, event planning, sponsor and partner negotiation and contract management, expedition planning, client relations, domestic and international vendor relations, and domestic and international compliance.

From September 2005 to July 2017, Ms. Hass served as the Human Resources Director at Remote Medical International. In this role, they were responsible for all aspects of the HR department, including talent acquisition, payroll, benefits, compliance, recruitment, new employee orientation, employee and management training, and performance management. Christine also designed, implemented, and managed multiple aspects of the HR department, including the employment manual, performance management program, HRIS software, payroll system, benefits package, employee development program, onboarding system and process improvements, compensation methodology, talent acquisition strategy, corporate human capital plans, employee engagement initiatives, and more. Additionally, they led the company initiative that won “Best Places to Work in Seattle” in 2011.

Ms. Hass has also served as a strategic adviser on departmental restructuring, change management, workforce planning, organizational design, and business realignments. Christine has also worked directly with company leaders on strategic planning, operational management and improvement, and compliance. In their most recent role at Collinear Group, they are responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources department.

Christine Hass has a degree in recreation management from Western Washington University and a degree in nonprofit management from the University of Washington. Christine is currently enrolled in the Pathwise Leadership Program, where they are focusing on leadership development.

They work with Tim Mitchell - Senior Consultant, Engineering, Anne Kao - Executive Consultant, Analytics & Data Science, and Clint Woo - Executive Consultant, Digital Manufacuring. Christine Hass reports to Saul Bankaitis, President & CEO.
