Kate Frazer

Kate Frazer currently serves as the Head of Wellbeing and PDM at Collingwood Football Club and previously held the role of Player Development Manager at Collingwood Football Netball Club. With extensive experience in learning and development, particularly at Half Dome, Kate successfully designed and managed impactful training programs while collaborating with business leaders to create tailored learning solutions. Kate’s educational background includes a Master's degree in Teaching Leadership from Deakin University and a Bachelor's degree in Communications with a focus on Journalism from RMIT University. Additionally, Kate has experience in education as a House Coordinator and Health & PE teacher at Mentone Grammar and Genazzano FCJ College. In 2021-2022, Kate competed as an athlete with the Victorian Phoenix Water Polo team, contributing to its inaugural season in the Australian Water Polo League.
