Lucy Zarafa

Lucy Zarafa is a dedicated professional in the sports and pet industries, currently serving as a Campaign Coordinator and Member & Fan Services Officer at Collingwood Football Club since April 2019. In this role, Lucy ensures high standards of member satisfaction across AFL, AFLW, and Netball memberships, focusing on the 50 Year Plus Members initiative. Additionally, as the Founder and Owner of Badger and Me since September 2020, Lucy specializes in creating gifts for pets, managing business operations, finances, and marketing strategies. Prior experience includes working as a Retail Sales Assistant at Rebel Sport, where Lucy contributed to sales performance and customer satisfaction. Lucy is pursuing a Bachelor of Business-Sport Management at Deakin University, expected to complete in October 2024, following education at Koonung Secondary College from 2013 to 2018.
