Chris Hoffman

Chris Hoffman is currently the Director of Brompton Corporation, a position he has held since 2004. Prior to this, Chris was a business lawyer with firms in Montreal, Calgary and Toronto, with a focus on advising public and private corporations on a broad range of governance issues in relation to finances and acquisitions. He attended McGill University (B.Sc.; Ll.b) and the University of California, Berkeley (M.S.).

Additionally, Chris has also been the director of various for-profit corporations and has also been involved in various not-for-profit community organizations in both South Georgian Bay and Toronto. This includes Foundation Chair for Women's College Hospital in Toronto and Director of the Toronto Central Local Health Integration Network (TC LHIN).
