Michael Lacroix

Michael joined the Senior Leadership Team at the Collingwood General and Marine Hospital in 2011.

In his role as Vice President of Corporate Services, Chief Financial Officer, and Chief Information Officer, Michael plays a key role in the stewardship of the hospital's financial resources and information technology strategy. Michael has overall responsibilities for the hospital's corporate and clinical service portfolios, which include finance, health information technology, plant operations, maintenance, procurement, diagnostic imaging, laboratory, and pharmacy.

Michael has held progressive hospital leadership roles over the past 17 years and is experienced in leading initiatives designed to improve financial performance and patient experiences.

Michael is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a Master of Health Science degree from the University of Toronto, and an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Brock University. Michael is LEAN Green Belt certified and also holds a Certified Health Executive designation from the Canadian College of Health Leaders.
