Bethany Siress, CAPM, currently serves as a Senior Analyst in Program Management at Collins Aerospace, focusing on governance, reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication to ensure effective execution of projects in the aerospace and defense sector. Prior experience includes being a Project Manager at Jabil, overseeing project planning and execution, and fulfilling roles in the United States Air Force, where responsibilities spanned from managing a $100M weapon system evaluation program to supervising aircraft maintenance and safety operations. Additionally, Bethany contributed to facilitating career transitions for veterans through a project management role at AllegiantVets.
