Dan Isaksen

Dan Isaksen is a highly experienced senior engineer and team lead in manufacturing engineering at Collins Aerospace, a position held since June 2023. Prior to this role, Dan served in the United States Air Force for two decades, holding various leadership and technical positions, including manager of the Air Force Repair Enhancement Program and non-commissioned officer in charge of the A-10 Demonstration Team. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a focus on Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University and an Associate of Applied Science in Avionic Systems Technology from the Community College of the Air Force. Dan has also completed multiple professional military education programs, emphasizing leadership and organizational skills.
