Dr. Osyria Webster

Dr. Osyria Webster, MBA, serves as the Manager of Value Stream Management at Collins Aerospace since February 2018, where responsibilities include leading a $250+M infrastructure project and managing the program's profitability and operational adherence. Dr. Webster has held various roles at Collins Aerospace, including Manager of Program Management and Senior Project Engineer in Systems Engineering. In addition to work at Collins Aerospace, Dr. Webster has contributed as a Science Liaison for STEM NOLA and served as Chapter President for the National Society of Black Engineers. With a robust educational background, including an MBA focused on Engineering Leadership and Innovation Management from Penn State, a Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, and experience in the dental field and education, Dr. Webster demonstrates a strong commitment to both engineering and community involvement.
