Emilio de la Pena

Emilio de la Pena has extensive experience in materials management and purchasing, currently serving as the Materials & SIOP Manager at Collins Aerospace since October 2019 and concurrently as the Purchasing Materials Manager at Hayes Performance Systems since February 2018. Previously, Emilio held various roles in Johnson Controls from 2000 to 2015, including Materials and Systems Manager in the Global Business SAP COE and other managerial positions in materials. Additionally, experience includes a tenure as a Senior Buyer at York International and purchasing roles at Minas De Basis. Emilio earned an Associate in Arts degree in Literature and Philosophy from Marymount Palos Verdes College during 1984 to 1986.
